Guangxi Liuguo Boiler Manufacture Co., Ltd.
Guangxi Liuguo Boiler Manufacture Co., Ltd. locates in No.248, Rongjun Road, Liuzhou,Guangxi. It was founded in 1963 and named as Liuzhou Boiler Manufacture Factory before. It is authorized as the power station boiler and pressure vessel manufacturer by the country. The factory has awarded the Grade A Manufacture License of Boiler, Design and Manufacture License for typeⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ of Pressure Vessel, Grade 1 Installing, Alteration, Repair&Maintenance License of Boiler, and ISO9001 Certificate for International Quality Control System as well as the import and export rights.
The factory covers 50,000㎡ and there are 300 staffs and 356 production,testing equipments including domestic advanced, automatic serpentine pipes production line and membrane wall production line, fully automatic NC flame cutting machines, NC automatic welding machine of tube plates and boiler welding pipe detector (industrial TV) etc.. The business covers the design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance and energy-saving alteration for boilers and pressure vessels, Project General Contracting, Energy Management Contracting etc.
The factory has owned the strong technical support, advanced manufacturing technique, perfect testing equipment and strict management. The technical development has been given the high importance for fifty years. The University-Industry cooperation has been firmly established with Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University etc. Over 40 senior technical engineers and managers, 50 junior engineers major in different kinds of specialties such as thermal engineering, chemical machinery, welding, electric automation, NDT etc., so the good systems for product research, manufacture, quality assurance are well performed.
The company manufactures more than 150 types of boilers from 0.5t/h to 200t/h. Beijing Nowva Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company whose business covers environmental technology research for renewable energy, design and project implementation. The company cooperates with Tsinghua University to develop new technology in the fields of renewable resource, environmental protection, energy saving. Thermal Engineering Department, Tsinghua University and Tsinghua University-Tiansu Investment Joint Research Center for Energy-saving & Emission-reducing Technologies
Tsinghua University-Tiansu Investment Joint Research Center for Energy-saving & Emission-reducing Technologies was set up by Tsinghua University and Yunnan Tiansu Industrial Investment Ltd…The research center is based on Thermal Engineering Department, Tsinghua University. Dr.Zhang Yanguo is director and there are about 30 talents including full-time teachers, professional engineers in the research center. About 10 projects have been performed by the research team. So far, the center has awarded over 20 authorized invention patents. Meanwhile, over 10 invention patents are in application. The main research field is clean and high efficient utilization for low-grade resource and energy, including waste heat recovery and utilization (for power generation), technology development for energy-saving system, product development, engineering design studies. Details as follows:
(1) R & D for coal dry distillation, gasification technology of lignite, peat, oil shale and other low quality coal ;
(2) R & D for horizontal circulating fluidized bed technology with low-grade solid fuel;
(3) R & D for recourse utilizations of garbage clean incineration technology and gasification melting technology;
(4) Waste heat recovery in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, mainly including cement waste heat, sintering waste heat and metallurgical slag dry granulation and waste heat recovery and power generation;
(5) Chemical energy recovery of exhaust gas for power generation, mainly including exhaust gas from converter , calcium carbide and yellow phosphorus.。
(6) Energy-saving optimization design for process system in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry. The development for new technology, new process, new equipment of energy saving, environmental protection in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry;
(7) R & D for new treatment process, technology and equipment of biomass pyrolysis, gasification and combustion;
(8) R & D for new technologies, new products, new processes and new techno-economic studies in the fields of industrial energy-saving and emission reduction.
